To the Powers Than Wanna-Be
Dear Sirs and Madams:
I
am writing to ask you to please consider the overwhelming "vote with
your feet" campaign that has been the green space in downtown Silver
Spring. What we need is an atmosphere and a welcoming space. The
green space has been amazing - it proves that unstructured space can
bring together all kinds of people and provoke unscripted fun. People
LOVE it. It is a normal place and everyone uses it. I do not want to
